Low range is the AWD is in low mode which works harder for  
Tinkle Bear
towing uphill.

If the light is flashing there may be a problem get it checked ASAP.

It is telling you your using the lower gears. Normally used for  
snuggle bug
ascending and descending steep hills and towing.
